These rules are to keep the Community at Heart marketplace useful and save for users and breaking any of these will result in a total ban from this forum.


1. The marketplace is for the use of people in the NDC area only. Items from people or businesses from elsewhere will be removed.

2. We will not accept adverts that are selling:

Items of a sexual nature
Weapons
Stolen goods
Illegally copied music, games or software
Age restricted goods

3. It is the users responsibility to check the seller/buyer is genuine. The sale is between your selfs and Community at Heart are not responsible for monies not paid, items not delivered or if the good are not as advertised. However please let the moderator know of any users acting irresponsibly and we will ban them from this forum.

4. Community at Heart reserve the right to remove any postings or the service completely without notice at any time.
